Record ID: SC00198 UMAX SCANNERS WITH WINDOWS XPProblem: You have upgraded to Windows XP and your scanner no longer works. Solution: First make sure that you have the required software for Windows XP and that your model has available software by clicking the "Check Compatibility" button below. (some drivers are not downloadable and must be purchased) Check Compatibility (Models such as the Vista Series, UC Series, Astra 300P, 2010U, 1210P, and Astranet iA101 do not work on XP no matter what) Second Problem: You have received your VistaScan X disk but have no installation instructions. Second Solution: Click here for a list of "How to" instructions for your particular model. Third Problem: Once you have purchased or downloaded your driver and installed it, your scanner still isn't working. Third Solution: Use the links below to indicate what model you have, and follow the corresponding set of instructions.
