Windows XP Registry Fix
(only applies to SCSI model scanners)
You must install our Windows
XP Registry Patch before using your PowerLook III, 2100XL or 3000
on a Windows-XP computer. This patch is available from the link above, or
from our download page.
After installing MagicScan 4.5
click EXIT, in lieu of RESTARTING your computer. Then install the
registry patch downloaded earlier by double-clicking. You will have to say
"YES" when prompted by the 'Registry Editor' window to add the information to
your registry.
PowerLook 1100 Users Should not apply this patch. This patch is for SCSI scanners only
