Problem:           SilverFast crashes on my OSX version 10.3.9 Macintosh (Astra 6700).

Solution:           Reinstall QuickTime 7.0.1 in accordance with the directions below.

 

1.                  Click Cancel in the “Unexpectedly Quit” window.

2.                  Download the QuickTime 7.0.1 Reinstaller from the site below.

3.                  Reinstall QuickTime 7.0.1.

4.                  Reboot your Macintosh.
